A break from the norm, an inspiration that ventures off the beaten path...between molecular cuisine, alabaster python, and avant-garde visions. This is the proposal of an anachronistic world that seeks to write the future in the symbols of the past and the present in futuristic imaginations.
I choose an Anachronique theme I wanted to fuse futurism and Baroque.
Une rupture avec la norme, une inspiration sortant des sentiers battus...entre cuisine moléculaire, python d'albâtre et visions avant-gardistes. Voici la proposition d'un monde anachronique qui cherche à écrire l'avenir dans les symboles du passé et le présent dans les imaginations futuristes.
Je suis partie sur un thème Anachronique je voulais mixer le futurisme et le Baroque.

1 . Please tell our readers a little about you, and how your career began.
I’m Fanny Roger Wedding Designer and 33-year-old photographer. I like to transmit my tender energy to people who cross my path. Able to unleash the subtle magic of objects, I transform environments into authentic scenographies. Drawing inspiration from my many travels, I manage to tint the various projects of my mystical decorative universe. Originally, I worked for many years in decoration. Photography started only as a hobby and was used to immortalize my travels. I’m a globetrotter and when I go abroad, I like to be in direct contact with the local population. This human touch is found in all my activities.I immerse myself in places and people In order to enter their worlds to photograph them. I decided to marry my two passions.
1 . Parlez-nous un peu de vous et du début de votre carrière.
Je suis Fanny Roger Wedding Designer et Photographe de 33ans. Je shoote au Canon Mark III en focale fixe, je préfère pour être plus en contact avec l'autre et pas utiliser un simple zoom qui fait le job. J'aime transmettre ma douce énergie aux personnes qui croiseront ma route. Capable de desceller la subtile magie des objets, je métamorphose les environnements en authentiques scénographies. Puisant mes inspirations dans mes nombreux voyages, j'arrive à teinter mes différents projets de mon univers décoratif mystique. À l'origine, j'ai travaillé de nombreuses années dans la décoration. La photographie n'était que passe-temps et servait à immortaliser mes voyages. Je suis globetrotteuse et quand je pars à l'étranger, j'aime être en contact direct avec la population locale. Cet humanisme se retrouve dans mes activités de décoratrice et photographe. Je m'imprègne des lieux et des gens j'ai besoin de rentrer dans leurs univers pour les photographier.

2. What is the story behind your project, and what was the process to get there? Who was involved in the team?
The story of my project: Ferrières Castle contacted me and asked if we could increase their visibility on social media. For this, I had the freedom to be the Wedding Designer and create scenographies in different rooms of the castle. I also photographed and filmed all the artistic work with the help of a team. I wanted to connect with different professions and people I met along the way and keep them in mind for future projects. Three years later, I contacted them for a unique project that would suit them. I also wanted to connect this project internationally, as there were people from different nationalities involved. It was a melting pot that I greatly appreciated. Regarding the process, I was determined to have an alternative-looking couple. I met the girl at a wedding fair. I also wanted a second couple with red hair that had a more royal look and children with red hair as extras. I found them through a casting call on Instagram and Facebook. Fabienne Alagama's wedding dresses caught my eye, and I asked the designer directly if it was possible to collaborate, and she accepted. Similarly, I contacted the stylist Eddie Corps, who has already been featured in Vogue, as well as the Wedding cake Designer, with whom I usually work. For the floral designs, I worked with Corpus Christi for the flower rings, and I created unique floral designs. I wanted a white snake to match the color of the wedding dresses and to represent strong symbols. I orchestrated 60 vendors, each with a unique role in the project.
2. Quelle est l’histoire de votre projet et quel a été le processus pour y parvenir? Qui faisait partie de l’équipe?
L'histoire de mon projet : le château de Ferrières m'a contacté et m'a demandé si on pouvait le faire gagner en visibilité sur les réseaux. Pour cela, j'avais carte blanche pour être Wedding Designer et imaginé des scénographies dans différentes pièces du château. J'ai la double casquette j'ai également photographié et filmé ensuite avec l'aide d'une équipe tout ce travail artistique. Je voulais connecter tout corps de métier, des gens que je rencontre sur ma route que je garde dans un coin de ma tête et 3ans plus tard je les recontacte pour un projet décalé et qui les correspond. Je voulais déjà connecté ce projet à l'International, il y avait toutes nationalités à ce projet: un Melting-Pot que j'apprécie grandement. Concernant le processus pour y arriver: je voulais absolument un couple aux allures alternatives, j'ai rencontrée cette fille dans un salon du mariage. Je voulais un autre couple roux dans l'esprit plus Royal avec des enfants roux comme figurants, chose que j'ai obtenu en faisant un casting sur Instagram et Facebook. Les robes de mariées de Fabienne Alagama m'ont fait de l'oeil et j'ai demandé directement à la créatrice si c'était possible pour une collaboration, et elle a accepté. Pareille pour le stylistes Eddie Corps qui s'est déjà retrouvé dans Vogue, ou la Wedding cake Designer avec qui j'ai l'habitude de travailler, les bagues de Corpus Christi pour les fleurs: j'ai imaginé des conceptions florales décalées. Je voulais un serpent blanc de la couleur des robes de mariées pour lier à des symboles forts. J'ai orchestré 60 prestataires pour qui chacun avait un rôle fort dans ce projet.

3. What is your favourite aspect of the project?
What drives me the most is to connect all the professions and create links between all my encounters. And to orchestrate, with the utmost respect, the people in this wonderful adventure.
3. Quel est votre aspect préféré du projet?
Ce qui m'anime le plus c'est de connecter tous les corps de métier et créer des liens entre toutes mes rencontres. Et d'orchestrer avec le plus grand respect les gens de cette superbe aventure.

4. How, and where did you find inspiration for this project?
I draw my inspiration from my offbeat travels, such as Mongolia and India. I love discovering different cultures and nomads to draw inspiration. I adore the mystical universe of each country, with altars that help me create original and mystical scenographies. I live in "Sacré Coeur in Montmartre", which is a great source of daily inspiration: waking up to the Parisian rooftops in the 18th arrondissement is a real joy. Sometimes I start with a motif, a decorative object, and I build an artistic project around it. I get inspired by my walks in flea markets, window shopping, visiting big shows, and exhibitions of all kinds, and talking to my grandmother who gives me plenty of pretty vintage ideas. I also have a lot of faith in my lucky star, as was the case with Eddie Corps, the Mexican stylist whom I met just one month before my event. He has participated in several fashion shows and accepted to be part of my adventure. London is my favorite city, and five years ago during the Puppet Festival London of May Day, I discovered the Round of Ribbons, which I often use in my works.
4. Comment et où avez-vous trouvé l’inspiration pour ce projet?
Je puise mon inspiration dans mes voyages décalés tels que la Mongolie, l'Inde. J'aime découvrir des cultures différentes et nomades pour m'en inspirer. J'adore l'univers mystique de chaque pays avec les Autel pour créer des scénographies originales et mystiques. J'habite au Sacré Coeur à Montmartre, c'est une réelle source d'inspiration au quotidien de se réveiller sur les toits parisiens du 18ème. Je pars parfois d'un motif, d'un objet de décoration et je brode autour de ceux-ci pour créer un projet artistique. Je m'inspire de mes promenades dans les brocantes, en parcourant les vitrines, en visitant de grands salons, des expositions de tout genre, en parlant à ma grand mère qui me donne plein de jolies idées vintage... Je suis très reliée à l'Amérique latine: Eddie Corps est un styliste d'Amérique latine que j'ai connu 1mois avant mon projet, je lui ai demandé s'il voulait participer au projet, et à mon plus grand bonheur il a accepté. Londres est ma ville de coeur et il y a 5ans lors puppet festival london du MAY DAY, j'y ai découvert la ronde des rubans que j'utilise assez souvent dans mes tableaux.

5. What is next for you and your team in 2023?
To aim more at "the Wedding Destination", to marry the World. I have an international wedding scheduled for June in Nashville, USA. Also to do weddings in England is a dream for me! I lived there for 1 year and a half, and it was a real love at first sight.
5. Quelles sont les prochaines étapes pour vous et votre équipe en 2023?
De viser plus la Wedding Destination, pour marier le Monde. J'ai un mariage prévu à l'international, en Juin à Nashville aux USA. Également de faire des mariages en Angleterre est un rêve pour moi ! J'y ai vécu pendant 1an et demi, et c'était un réel coup de foudre.
