Fritz Fryer is excited to introduce their latest innovative design, the Alton Pillar Light.
Designed and made in their on-site workshop, nestled in the rural Herefordshire town of Ross-on-Wye, the Alton has a completely different look to their previous collections and consists of 4 substantial glass tubes illuminated with LED.
Available as both a wall and pendant light, and in 3 sizes, this light is a fantastic accessory for commercial spaces.
To cater to larger hospitality areas their designers had to think big, thus created the significant design of the Alton. The largest pendant has a height of 1100mm which means that it can pull focus to the centre of a large space, while the 500mm height of the smallest Alton brings style and unforgettable beauty to smaller spaces.
It can be hung either horizontally or vertically, resulting in two very different styles. The Alton is currently available with two glass types; skinny ribbed and clear, with parchment lining as standard.
A cluster chandelier of mixed sized Alton pendants is a must-have for a hotel reception area, and the wall light is a stunning feature piece for a large hallway or entrance.
Excitingly, the Alton can be converted into a bathroom or outdoor light upon request, making this an extremely versatile and ingenious design.

Something that feels industrial, but refined. A flexible lighting solution offering an array of customisable size, glass, colour and texture options with multiple colour temperatures, lumen levels and that can be fully maintained in-situ. The Alton has been a year in the making and the design team at Fritz Fryer feel we have created something really special. ”
