What is childhood for me?

What is childhood for me?

What is childhood for me? It means to climb a fence, a tree or anywhere else where it is normally forbidden and you may get a reprimand for doing that. It means sitting on the high bank of a river, swinging your legs, doing nothing. This means running through puddles without thinking that you clothes will get dirty and you will need to wash them afterwards. What is childhood for me? It means spending a few hours just running in the fields and meadows ,throwing all the troubles out of mind. And yes, they will soon disappear anyway. It means looking at the sky, at the clouds and dreaming about the most incredible things. And does it really matter that one of the adults will say that this is complete nonsense? Childhood knows that all dreams come true. Childhood is a dream itself, a miracle. A great life starts from the childhood. Certainly, everything changes. We as grown-ups have to make rules and live by them. And when stop believing in miracles, stop trust the life itself, then our childhood leaves us. It leaves and doesn’t turn around.
